Beschreibung

• Lead the development team technically, providing guidance and support on architecture and implementation decisions • Delegate and track tasks, ensuring delivery meets quality standards and agreed deadlines • Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and the development culture • Work hands-on in developing back-end (.NET / .NET Core) and front-end (Angular) solutions • Participate in defining the architecture and technical design of solutions • Support the setup and evolution of CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps • Translate life insurance business rules (coverages, premium calculation, sum insured, policy surrender, benefit advances) into technical solutions • Lead technical meetings with the client and other stakeholders • Support the team in diagnosing and resolving complex technical problems • Contribute to the team's technical growth by promoting the adoption of best practices and new technologies

🎯 Anforderungen

• Previous experience as a Technical Lead with a hands-on profile • Strong experience in back-end development with C# .NET and .NET Core • Experience in front-end development with Angular • Experience with Azure DevOps • Experience with DevOps practices, CI and CD • Strong knowledge of SQL Server • Knowledge of PL/SQL • Good communication skills and ability to interact with clients and multidisciplinary teams • Willingness to learn and stay technically up to date • Knowledge of individual life insurance products, with emphasis on Whole Life — permanent/lifetime policy, with surrender value and in-life coverages • **Desired:** • Familiarity with the insurance domain: policy issuance and management, premium calculation engines, integration with actuarial systems, claims and underwriting • Basic knowledge of SUSEP regulation and the general conditions of personal insurance • Previous experience at individual life insurers or consultancies serving the sector
