Beschreibung

• Advise clients on optimally using grants and public funding for high-tech innovation projects, focusing on R&D and capital-intensive investments • Lead the development of innovation roadmaps • Guide national and European grant applications • Build and maintain sustainable relationships with leading companies, knowledge institutions and other stakeholders in the high-tech ecosystem • Contribute actively to the growth of the Grants & Incentives practice and strengthen EY's market position • Identify new opportunities with existing and prospective clients • Play a visible role in commercial engagements • Coach and develop colleagues • Help further build the team and service offering • Serve industrial clusters across the Netherlands from Amsterdam, Utrecht or Arnhem

🎯 Anforderungen

• Completed university-level (WO) education, preferably in computer science, technical engineering sciences or a comparable technical field • Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience in the high-tech sector • Demonstrable affinity with semiconductors, quantum technology, artificial intelligence or other advanced technologies • Good understanding of public funding, grants and innovation programs; practical experience is a strong advantage • Knowledge of IPCEI, Chips Joint Undertaking (Chips JU), Horizon Europe and WBSO grant programs • Understanding of and preferably involvement in consortium projects and public-private partnerships • Experience with project-based work and guiding or managing teams • Strong network in the high-tech sector or ability to build one quickly • Excellent communication skills • Good spoken and written command of Dutch and English • Pre-employment screening, including possible VOG/criminal background check, integrity questionnaire, ID, diploma and/or work-experience verification, and central insolvency register check
