Beschreibung

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of three confirmed / senior platform engineers • Support team development through regular feedback, career conversations, and technical mentoring • Set and raise technical standards through reviews and pairing • Own hiring for the team and shape its future growth • Build a healthy, autonomous, high-trust engineering environment • Own the platform roadmap and technical vision • Balance reliability, security, cost, and delivery speed • Deliver automated infrastructure changes while maintaining high availability and strong engineering experience • Build self-service capabilities that abstract infrastructure and security complexity • Enable on-premise customers to use Fabriq reliably • Adapt organizational and platform capabilities to technological evolutions • Partner with engineering, product, and security stakeholders • Align priorities and facilitate change management • Communicate through documentation, technical decisions, and customer-facing relationships • Review technical work, pair when needed, and make architectural decisions • Own reliability, security, performance, and cost across cloud and on-premise environments

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience managing or leading engineers, ideally including senior / confirmed profiles, with a track record of growing people through mentoring and technical guidance • Ability to set and raise the technical bar, with significant production experience • Strong communication skills for documentation writing, stakeholder alignment, and change management facilitation • Significant production experience on AWS using container technologies and infrastructure-as-code tooling (Terraform / Pulumi) • Solid production experience with Kubernetes in on-premise / private cloud contexts, including storage controller management, advanced networking, and control plane management • Very strong networking knowledge across all OSI layers, TLS, DNS, DHCP, and routing • Strong Linux system knowledge, including containers and troubleshooting • Programming and code architecture skills • Test-Driven Development practices and a very good understanding of Domain-Driven Design • Production experience in release management, including CI systems such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins and CD systems such as ArgoCD or Spinnaker • Production experience in monitoring, alerting, observability implementation, performance troubleshooting, and reliability engineering • Production experience in database management, including migrations, breaking schema changes without downtime, backup, and restoration • Baseline knowledge of ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type 2 security compliance frameworks • Experience working with AI agents
