Beschreibung

• Lead the development lifecycle of AI-powered financial products, using AI in day-to-day work and as part of the product • Solve real business problems with high performance, reliability, and scalability • Lead the delivery of initiatives for the Working Capital team • Ensure operational excellence and product development aligned with business objectives • Raise the bar for execution and technical quality across Engineering • Proactively drive initiatives with the business team • Define clear technical scopes and balance trade-offs • Design distributed, resilient architectures, robust APIs, and relational data models at scale • Apply AI to solve real-world problems with critical judgment and technical rigor • Validate business use cases through automated tests • Manage latency, fallbacks, costs, and observability • Understand, explain, and improve the solutions developed and deployed

🎯 Anforderungen

• Senior Software Engineer, Tech Lead, or Senior Full-Stack/Backend Engineer with 5+ years of experience building and maintaining transactional systems at scale in digital product environments (SaaS, fintech, or startups) • Autonomy and end-to-end execution with sound business judgment • Ability to define clear technical scopes, balance trade-offs, and communicate effectively • Strong experience designing distributed and resilient architectures • Experience with robust APIs and relational data models at scale • Understanding of the systemic impact of changes on data consistency, user experience, and performance • Strategic use of AI, including automated testing, latency management, fallbacks, cost management, and observability • End-to-end ownership mindset and a strong quality culture • Experience in fintech, credit, or lending companies — nice to have • Experience in high-growth startups — nice to have • Experience working with distributed teams in Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, and the United States — nice to have • Familiarity with infrastructure as code and deployments on AWS/GCP — nice to have • TypeScript, Node.js, React, Next.js or Vite, Python, monorepos, and modular architectures • PostgreSQL, event sourcing, KurrentDB/EventStore, Apache Pulsar, and Temporal or similar technologies • GCP, Kubernetes/GKE, Dapr, KrakenD, Istio, or similar technologies • GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, SigNoz, Grafana, and Sentry or similar tools • LiteLLM, OpenAI/Gemini models, and data extraction or similar technologies
