Beschreibung

• Develop, maintain, and control the integrated master schedule (Level 1–3) in Primavera P6, ensuring proper WBS, logic, durations, and resource/cost loading. • Establish and manage the schedule baseline; control changes through a formal schedule change management process. • Lead schedule updates and progress measurement; validate contractor and vendor schedule submissions for quality, logic, and completeness. • Perform critical path and float analysis, schedule risk analysis, and what-if scenario modeling; identify trends and recovery options. • Produce schedule deliverables and reporting — look-aheads, milestone tracking, S-curves, SPI/earned schedule, and narrative status — for leadership, owners, and stakeholders. • Integrate schedule with cost controls to support earned value management, cash flow forecasting, and progress-based invoicing. • Review and enforce contractual schedule requirements; support claims, delay analysis, and time-impact analyses. • Manage, mentor, and develop scheduling staff; set standards, templates, and procedures for the scheduling function. • Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, procurement, construction, and finance to keep the schedule current and credible.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 8+ years of project scheduling experience on large capital or EPC projects, with prior lead/supervisory responsibility. • Expert-level Primavera P6 proficiency, including baseline management, resource/cost loading, and multi-schedule integration. • Strong command of critical path method (CPM), schedule risk analysis, and progress measurement techniques. • Experience validating contractor schedules and managing schedule change control. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present schedule status to executives and stakeholders. • Experience on combined-cycle power or large gas/thermal generation projects. • Familiarity with cost controls integration and earned value.
