Beschreibung

• Take ownership of contract negotiations and deal activity. • Support contract deal activity including handling deals independently and with a team. • Collaborate with multiple stakeholder teams including Procurement Leadership, Finance, Accounts Payable, Internal Audit, Business Applications, Marketing, Human Resources, Physical Security and Safety, and Legal teams. • Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in system migrations and implementations, plus ad-hoc projects.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in related field is strongly preferred. • Experience working in Procurement or operational role with understanding of contracts and general Procurement principles. • Experience working with and managing different workflows of a CLM tool. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Project) and DocuSign. • Experience using Oracle EBS and data visualization tools is preferred. • Ability and willingness to travel occasionally.
