Beschreibung

• Design and build agent-driven experiences for financial audit workflows, deciding where autonomy makes sense and where the auditor stays in the loop • Own complex, end-to-end workstreams tied to onboarding our largest customers • Ship code from day one and ramp quickly into full ownership of significant product areas • Collaborate daily with product managers, designers, and financial audit SMEs to work through hard domain problems • Help shape technical direction and contribute to how the team thinks about agentic systems, AI tooling, and engineering best practices • Mentor other engineers and contribute to our interview process as the team scales

🎯 Anforderungen

• A strong full-stack engineer who writes code every day and wants to keep doing that • Comfortable in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where you figure things out as you go • High degree of ownership; you don't wait to be told what to do • Curious about AI and agentic systems, and already using AI coding tools in your workflow • Able to pick up complex domain concepts quickly. You don't need to know financial auditing, but you're the kind of person who can internalize it fast • Collaborative by nature, you want to be in the room with product, design, and domain experts working through hard problems together • Experienced leading projects and driving technical decisions with a bias toward action • Bonus Points • Experience in financial services, audit, accounting, or compliance • Prior work building AI or agent-driven product experiences • Familiarity with our stack: TypeScript, React, GraphQL, Node.js, PostgreSQL • Background working at high-growth startups where you wore a lot of hats • Experience with document processing or infrastructure work
