Beschreibung

• Serve as the central contact for drivers in the network • Support vehicle fleet deliveries and returns and resolve operational challenges quickly • Dispatch and commission national truck transports • Monitor schedules, lead times, capacity utilization, SLAs, and service standards • Build relationships with logistics and delivery partners • Manage partner performance using KPIs and resolve operational bottlenecks and discrepancies • Identify optimization opportunities across compounds, partners, and internal teams • Standardize and automate processes with product teams • Coordinate logistics and administration, including checking handover protocols, invoices, and receipts • Ensure vehicles are delivered on time, in excellent condition, and efficiently returned at the end of the car subscription • Collaborate with Operations, Customer Care, Sales, external logistics partners, and drivers

🎯 Anforderungen

• Completed vocational training or completed university degree, ideally related to logistics, supply chain management, automotive, or operations • Hands-on mentality and strong organizational skills • Enjoys close, solution-oriented collaboration with external service providers, drivers, and internal stakeholders • Excellent German skills (C1/C2 level) • Good English skills (at least B2 level) • Practical experience in dispatching truck or vehicle transports, managing external logistics providers, or an operations-related environment is nice to have • Enthusiasm for digital tools and data-driven work • Experience with transport management systems (TMS), CRM, or comparable operations software is nice to have
