Beschreibung

• Work closely with healthcare clients to identify unmet needs, workflow gaps, and product opportunities across screening, credentialing, onboarding, and hiring. • Partner with the Healthcare Vertical team to understand challenges across clients and synthesize insights into a cohesive, healthcare-specific product roadmap. • Lead product discovery efforts, including client interviews, workflow analysis, and validation of healthcare use cases. • Translate healthcare business and regulatory requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Prioritize product initiatives based on client value, regulatory impact, and business outcomes. • Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and operations teams to drive successful implementation of healthcare-focused product enhancements. • Communicate product vision, roadmap progress, and outcomes to internal stakeholders and healthcare clients. • Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in healthcare screening and hiring workflows, including compliance considerations.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience • 2-5 years of experience in product management or related roles • Experience in healthcare screening, credentialing, onboarding, hiring, or workforce-related domains is strongly preferred • Demonstrated ability to work directly with clients to gather requirements, identify opportunities, and drive product decisions • Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and the ability to learn regulatory and compliance considerations • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate client needs into actionable product direction • Comfort operating in ambiguity and balancing competing client and business priorities.
