Beschreibung

• Develop, promote, and implement programs, services, and resources supporting FCF’s mission • Provide business and financial planning, consultation, training, and support to early care and education providers • Promote FCF and its programs and services • Connect with FCF stakeholders, partners, and constituents • Provide training and consultation to childcare businesses to improve practices and strengthen operations • Assist start-up childcare businesses and businesses experiencing financial crisis • Analyze financial and program data • Assist with program reporting • Facilitate small-group and community engagement activities • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience • Minimum of four years’ experience in financial management, planning, and/or training • Successful experience in consulting, training, lending, and/or financial analysis • Experience working with small businesses or owning/operating a small business • Ability to provide business and financial consultation and training • Ability to read, interpret, and analyze financial statements • Ability to develop and manage budgets • Ability to think strategically, plan regionally, and implement plans • Familiarity with state childcare licensing regulations • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse staff, customers, partners, and stakeholders • Ability to work with minimum supervision and as part of a team • Must be able to work on a computer for extended periods • Ability to travel when needed • Preferred: direct childcare experience • Preferred: resource development and/or fundraising experience • Preferred: private-sector engagement and partnership experience • Preferred: public speaking experience
