Beschreibung

• Develop, promote, and implement programs, services, and resources supporting FCF’s mission • Provide business and financial planning, consultation, training, and support to early care and education providers • Promote FCF and its programs and services • Provide training and consultation to childcare businesses to improve business practices and strengthen operations • Assist startup childcare businesses and existing childcare businesses experiencing financial crisis • Provide input and analyze financial and program data • Assist with program reporting • Facilitate small-group and community engagement activities • Collaborate with FCF team members to promote and ensure the effectiveness of core programs • Travel within the Oregon metro region to meet partners, childcare businesses, and communities

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience • Minimum of four years’ experience in financial management, planning, and/or training • Successful experience in consulting, training, lending, and/or financial analysis • Experience working with small businesses or owning/operating a small business • Ability to provide business and financial consultation and training • Ability to read, interpret, and analyze financial statements and develop and manage budgets • Ability to think strategically, plan regionally, and implement plans on the ground • Familiarity with state childcare licensing regulations • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Ability to work with minimum supervision and as part of a team • Ability to work on a computer for extended periods • Ability to travel when needed
