Beschreibung

• Lead operations for Dealogic’s Conference Manager platform within the global events technology program • Manage end-to-end delivery of event registration websites, attendee communications, registration pathways, and related technology solutions within SLAs • Serve as the primary client contact, providing strategic direction, platform guidance, issue resolution, and support • Coordinate staffing and resource requirements for Conference Manager website builds • Partner with business lines, event planning, data management, registration, technology teams, and the platform vendor on fixes and enhancements • Communicate product roadmap, platform updates, releases, and anticipated changes • Develop and maintain SOPs, best practices, workflows, governance, and quality-control processes • Create user guides, tutorials, training materials, and knowledge-sharing resources • Train new joiners in Conference Manager • Manage and develop a team of web builders, including assigning builds, monitoring workloads and timelines, conducting QA, coaching, and performance feedback • Ensure team adherence to KPIs and SLAs • Lead continuous-improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, strengthen quality, reduce manual effort, and improve client and attendee experience • Support platform adoption through newsletters, targeted communications, and educational materials

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8–10+ years of related experience in event technology, registration technology, attendee management, or comparable event operations • Advanced expertise in Dealogic’s Conference Manager platform required • Previous people management, team leadership, or supervisory experience strongly preferred • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel • General knowledge of HTML and CSS preferred • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and learn new technology platforms with limited guidance • Strong critical-thinking and strategic problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Flexibility to work outside standard business hours, including evenings and weekends, for onsite event support or remote troubleshooting • Must reside and have work authorization in the United States • Must be able to work EST hours
