Beschreibung

• Establish, build, and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with assigned Specialty Markets clients • Provide first-tier/routine and second-tier/complex customer service • Analyze customer needs, identify problems, research issues, and recommend solutions • Provide customer training and product demonstrations, including customized presentations and training delivery • Serve as liaison to offshore customer service operations and provide training to entry-level customer service clerks and second-tier resources • Recommend and influence process improvements, product enhancements, and software changes • Keep management informed of market conditions • Test alpha software and recommend its viability from a customer perspective • Provide technical support for customer systems, including Zendesk and Valon platforms • Troubleshoot problems, recommend solutions, coordinate fixes, and resolve issues • Participate in client-facing meetings addressing loan-level, process-level, and initiative-level escalations • Develop and refine customer-facing PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, project plans, and other materials • Report regularly on activities within the team and client base • Coordinate cross-functional and cross-department meetings to address issues and seek resolutions

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • 7+ years of directly relevant work experience; mortgage or insurance industry preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Internet Explorer • Ability to learn custom applications: Siebel, SWAN, PTS, and A/R • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Attention to detail and ability to conduct research independently • Ability to lead meetings with vendors, clients, and internal partners • Strong remote camera presence • Successful completion of a background check and credit check, where permitted by applicable law
