Beschreibung

• Drive the vision and delivery of innovative new products • Develop, define, maintain, and communicate product strategy and roadmap • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements • Conduct market research to identify user needs • Prioritize product opportunities using research criteria and requirements • Define high-level customer requirements covering product features, target markets, and pricing • Develop product positioning and customer messaging • Specify research needed to obtain market information • Develop metrics to assess product and feature success and determine enhancements • Lead and participate in planning meetings and advise on product direction • Collaborate with customers, team members, and outside influencers to understand products and developing needs • Execute the product roadmap by directing product development priorities and product evolution • Incorporate market activities, usage analysis, competitive response, and market research into future releases • Assess market competition, identify product gaps, address competitive threats, and gain competitive advantage • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • 7+ years’ directly related experience in product or services development • Demonstrated leadership • Strong leadership presence with excellent communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders and all levels of management • Experience in product development, requirements and risk analysis, pricing, planning, competitive analysis, and financial planning and strategy • Knowledge of consumer marketing analytics • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to explain complex concepts across the organization and to large audiences • Sound decision-making, creativity, and problem-solving skills • Ability to build relationships and ensure cooperation across First American product companies • High level of business acumen, strategic agility, ability to develop others, influence outcomes and change, and negotiate for resources • Successful track record designing, developing, and executing complex projects • Ability to collaboratively engage with leaders to create, identify, and implement solutions
