Beschreibung

• Contribute to real-time data integrations and commission systems, focusing mainly on the backend/data layer • Support frontend presentation of integrated data • Contribute to incentive programs, including the Rewards Program (Shared Growth Plan) and evolving initiatives • Improve, maintain, and incrementally develop existing data pipelines across backend and frontend systems • Build and maintain integrations with external data sources • Ensure data consistency and reliability across pipelines • Apply a product mindset to serve agents, carriers, and business goals • Write clean, maintainable code with a strong testing culture • Use AI tools as an active part of the development workflow • Build proofs of concept to validate product direction in a dynamic discovery process • Collaborate with the engineering team in a startup-like environment with rapidly shifting priorities

🎯 Anforderungen

• 4+ years of commercial experience as a fullstack developer, primarily backend-focused • Confident writing NestJS services and PostgreSQL queries • Experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL • Frontend experience • Product mindset and ability to connect technical decisions to agent, carrier, and business needs • Startup mindset, high ownership, and ability to navigate ambiguity • Based in Poland with flexibility for partial US time zone overlap • Fluent in English (C1) and Polish (C1) • Advanced SQL and optimization knowledge is an extra point, including PostgreSQL performance tuning, indexing strategies, and handling large-scale datasets • Familiarity with React, AWS, Docker, container-based deployment technologies such as Kubernetes/Fargate, and automated unit/integration/end-to-end testing
