Beschreibung

• Support system integration activities, including mapping and transformation of data between SAP TM and other enterprise systems • Own SAP TM system configuration, end-to-end transportation processes, and related procedures • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP TM system issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions • Document SAP TM configurations, selection and planning profiles, batch jobs, and ensure documentation is up to date and well maintained • Ensure SAP TM environments across ECC and S/4HANA remain synchronized and consistent over time • Perform integrated quality assurance testing for transportation planning and management scenarios • Ensure test scripts are adequate and complete to cover all transportation scenarios for successful end-to-end testing before deployment to production • Lead an active role in low-level design, testing, and implementation phases of projects, collaborating closely with the business transportation team • Write functional and technical specifications for new developments and system enhancements • Analyze transportation-related data and develop logical business application solutions in collaboration with IT and user teams • Review SAP TM system customizations and replace with standard solutions wherever feasible • Comply with the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology and governance standards.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in supply chain, computer science, or a related field • Minimum 5 years of post-baccalaureate progressive experience within SAP TM field in a techno functional role • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Transportation Management (TM) modules • Proven track record of completing at least two full-cycle SAP TM end-to-end implementations • Deep understanding of transportation management processes, including Freight Order Management, Transportation Planning, Carrier Selection, Freight Execution, and Freight Settlement • Strong expertise in SAP TM configuration, with the ability to debug code, apply fixes, and implement enhancements • Solid knowledge of integration with other SAP modules such as Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) • Strong working knowledge of SAP TM Version 9.6 and familiarity with newer S/4HANA TM capabilities • Proficiency in OData services and ABAP RESTful Programming Model (RAP) • Strong architectural knowledge across multiple SAP modules and integration points • Familiarity with Business Object Processing Framework (BOPF) and Application Interface Framework (AIF) is highly desirable • Experience with SAP Fiori applications and UI5 development for TM-related processes • Understanding of SAP PI/PO or SAP CPI for TM integration scenarios • Experience in performance tuning and optimization of TM processes and related custom developments • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams, including mentoring junior consultants and coordinating project tasks • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, “can-do” attitude • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Ability to work collaboratively across functional and technical teams in a fast-paced environment • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies, with experience in delivering projects under both frameworks • Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with SAP TM and related technology advancements.
