Beschreibung

• Generate new business and grow sales revenue across target accounts • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach and networking • Lead consultative sales conversations with clients and prospects • Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to proposal, negotiation, and close • Identify sales opportunities to expand existing client relationships • Partner with internal teams to sell and deliver tailored learning solutions • Maintain accurate sales pipeline reporting and forecasting • Develop strategic client relationships and strengthen existing partnerships • Work closely with senior stakeholders across client organizations • Identify opportunities to sell and deliver tailored training and learning solutions • Travel to meet clients and support business needs

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5–8+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or client relationship management • Proven success in a consultative B2B sales role • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills • Experience engaging senior stakeholders and managing multiple sales opportunities • Experience in sales, financial services, training, education, or professional services preferred • Knowledge of the U.S. financial markets industry • Experience selling training, learning, talent, or professional development solutions • Strong consultative sales, analytical, and strategic-thinking skills • Proven ability to work effectively in a small, agile team environment and adapt to evolving client and business needs • Experience building relationships with senior stakeholders and growing strategic accounts over time • Requires travel approximately 20% to 40% of the time • Successful candidates must declare securities holdings and other potential conflicts of interest before commencing employment and may be asked to divest conflicting holdings
