Beschreibung

• Handle all aspects of the loan closing process for standard and sometimes complex transactions • Serve as liaison between sales associates, credit associates, legal, and third-party providers • Review documents and workflows for compliance with approval terms • Independently manage a portfolio of loan closings • Review and negotiate legal documents and commitment letters • Prepare, review, and produce loan documentation using LaserPro • Coordinate with legal counsel, title agents, and insurance providers • Conduct advanced reviews of insurance, lien, and title documentation • Ensure closing conditions are met, documents are correctly executed, and deals are funded and booked • Act as point of contact for Sales, Credit, Legal, Title, and Escrow stakeholders • Maintain accurate digital closing files in systems such as nCino • Review uploads and data entry for consistency • Perform special projects and required additional duties • Complete required compliance training and adhere to regulatory policies and standards

🎯 Anforderungen

• High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent • 4+ years of experience in commercial lending closing, preferably with experience handling complex transactions • Knowledge of commercial loan documentation, credit terms, legal coordination and closing workflows • Strong communication and negotiation skills when working with internal and external partners • Ability to lead closings and solve problems independently • Proficiency in nCino, LaserPro, and MS Office Suite • Ability to manage shifting priorities and multiple deal pipelines • Compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations
