Beschreibung

• Manage a focused portfolio of commercially important Destination Management Companies (DMCs) and their trips • Hold DMCs to Flash Pack quality standards and service levels • Own quality results and act quickly on trips below target • Onboard and train DMCs on Flash Pack brand, products, systems and processes • Run regular DMC performance reviews, provide feedback and set improvement goals • Pursue and recover compensation when trip quality falls short • Own and improve the end-to-end itinerary change process • Link DMCs with internal teams including CX, Safety, Finance and Product Innovation • Deliver quarterly trip quality priorities • Identify recurring issues across portfolios and develop team-wide fixes • Design and improve team processes and ensure adoption • Solve cross-team problems by identifying root causes, designing fixes and influencing adoption • Coach other Key Account Managers and lead through expertise and example • Report to the Head of DMC Account Management

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience running a portfolio of large, demanding partner, supplier or client accounts and improving results • Track record of holding partners accountable, managing underperforming suppliers, renegotiating terms or recovering costs • Track record of building a process, playbook or plan adopted and retained by other teams • Meticulous attention to detail • Strong commercial judgement and instinct for high-quality customer experiences • Ability to own complex problems spanning several teams, identify causes, create plans and drive adoption • Ability to resolve issues quickly • Confident relationship management with external partners and internal teams • Comfort with performance data and dashboards • Confident use of AI tools, with verification of outputs • Clear, direct communication, including difficult conversations • Collaborative style and ability to coach peers • Travel industry experience is not essential • Must be able to work remotely in the UK with 3 hours of daily overlap with core teams
