Beschreibung

• Support month-end close through reconciliations, accrual reviews, and variance explanations. • Assist in preparing financial statements and management reporting packages. • Maintain balance sheet integrity and support audit and compliance requirements. • Ensure accuracy of revenue, COGS, and operating expense classifications. • Conduct variance analysis across revenue, COGS, SG&A, and margin drivers. • Prepare recurring financial performance reports and dashboards. • Support budgeting and forecasting processes through data preparation and analytical insights. • Assist with pricing analysis, profitability reviews, and cost optimization initiatives. • Collaborate with sales and operations to validate assumptions and explain performance drivers. • Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and development of KPIs. • Improve data integrity and financial controls. • Translate financial data into actionable summaries for business stakeholders.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting or Equivalent Work Experience • CPA designation • 3 to 5 years in a similar role. • Experience working within the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry, preferably in the beverage sector. • Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • Strong analytical skills for interpreting financial data and trends • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with others. • Strong attention to details for accurate financial reporting
