Beschreibung

• Serve as the dedicated point of contact for accounts post-implementation • Own overall customer relationships by driving retention, value, user adoption, and satisfaction • Identify leads for upsell and cross-sell of additional FMX software features • Record meetings, phone calls, follow-ups, and miscellaneous tasks in Gainsight • Build strong relationships with customer executives • Ensure customers consistently see the value of FMX • Travel to customer events

🎯 Anforderungen

• Proven knowledge of the FMX software • Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel • Ability to build and nurture relationships • Ability to effectively communicate with customers while empathizing with and understanding their definition of success • Understanding of when to proactively reach out to customers • Proficiency in the basics of Salesforce data schema and configuration • Ability to be flexible and occasionally work outside FMX standard operating hours • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers and executives • Innovative problem-solving approach • Positive, customer-centric attitude • Self-motivation and time management skills • Commitment to continuous improvement and coachability • Effective presentation and negotiation skills • Alignment with FMX core pillars: Teamwork, Excellence, and Integrity
