Beschreibung

• Develop and communicate a clear, strategic product vision aligned with healthcare and AI market needs. • Conduct market research and define a long-term product strategy, maintaining and adjusting a prioritized roadmap. • Lead all stages of the product development lifecycle (PDLC) from ideation to post-launch optimization. • Conduct user research and analyze customer insights to define actionable product requirements. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, engineering) to ensure smooth execution and alignment on product goals. • Present updates, risks, and trade-offs to executive leadership. • Own business case development, including P&L, pricing strategies, and financial modeling. • Monitor product performance post-launch and use KPIs and data to drive future iterations. • Identify and mitigate risks, focusing on healthcare regulatory compliance and AI model governance. • Lead successful product launches in collaboration with marketing.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field • 8-12 years of relevant work experience • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI as a productivity and effectiveness multiplier • Proven experience with Agile practices and cross-functional team collaboration. • Strong data-driven decision-making capabilities and critical thinking in product strategy. • Deep understanding of user needs and delivering customer-centric solutions. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to leadership and cross-functional teams. • Proficiency in AI/ML technologies and data-driven product management. • Experience in managing stakeholder expectations and fostering collaboration across departments. • Ability to tackle complex challenges with innovative solutions and drive product success. • Ability to travel 25-30% is required.
