Beschreibung

• Manage approximately 20 deployment projects with varying scope simultaneously • Work with customers to define project scope and goals and build detailed project plans • Take responsibility for project goals and proactively manage delivery for on-time, high-quality deployment • Coordinate internal and external consultant teams and guide them toward project goals • Communicate project progress to stakeholders regularly through multiple channels and quality reporting • Build customer relationships and ensure desired outcomes and high customer satisfaction • Use appropriate tools to control project constraints, risks, dependencies, scope, actions, and schedule • Build and maintain knowledge of Fortra products and services and train customers to maximize service value • Predict risks, capture issues promptly, and use escalation pathways to achieve successful outcomes • Maintain a utilization target of 85% or greater • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree or Similar Work Experience • Formal Project Management qualification such as PMP / Prince 2 / APM / ITIL Transition • Minimum of 2 years of experience leading multi-phased projects, ideally transitioning customers to service in a matrix environment • Minimum of 3 years in customer service/facing industries • Proven experience of key project management skills on complex, dynamic, fast-paced projects • Strong analysis skills and ability to evaluate requirements and modify existing solutions • Excellent interpersonal skills • Dedication to customer service and ability to problem solve and proactively manage project risk and urgency • Ability to motivate and influence customers and third parties • Excellent time management skills and ability to independently manage multiple conflicting demands • Willingness to gain and maintain strong knowledge of all Fortra products and services • Willingness to adapt to new or unfamiliar tasks and responsibilities • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Working knowledge of web applications, information security compliance, and cloud environment architecture is advantageous, but not essential • Some travel may be required (<5%)
