Beschreibung

• Serve as trusted advisor to state-agency and healthcare-industry clients, understanding challenges and goals and proposing methodologies and approaches • Lead health policy and data projects and oversee execution of client deliverables, including content, quality, and accuracy • Delegate and oversee cross-functional project teams, including data engineers, project managers, and subject matter experts • Scope and draft clear, impactful written deliverables • Lead stakeholder meetings • Develop presentation materials, including slide decks and briefing papers • Supervise 1–2 Project Associates, Project Managers, or Health Policy Analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, support, and day-to-day supervision • Identify opportunities to expand project management offerings, extend existing client relationships, and build new business • Contribute to RFPs and other bid proposals • Continuously build subject matter expertise • Expand subject matter expertise in domains relevant to current or future client needs • Develop business development experience and success • Increase management and supervision skills

🎯 Anforderungen

• Proven experience successfully leading and managing health policy and data projects • Experience in project design and evaluation, including defining project roles and delegating tasks appropriately • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask and work under deadlines • Demonstrable writing and presentation skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to derive insights from complex datasets and identify trends and key takeaways clearly • Self-motivation and time-management skills, with ability to thrive in a remote work environment • Strong interpersonal skills • Attentiveness to evolving client needs • Strategic mindset, aligning work and project approaches with FHC business objectives • Creative problem-solving skills • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint • Bachelor’s degree required • Advanced degree (Master’s of Public Health or similar) preferred • Minimum of 8 years of experience leading and managing project teams in health data or health policy fields • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
