Beschreibung

• Lead full-cycle implementations of Manhattan Active WMS across multiple distribution centers. • Configure and design WMS processes tailored to business needs, including Receiving, Pick, Pack, and Ship workflows. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, define system design, and ensure alignment with operational goals. • Conduct ongoing analysis of supply chain processes to identify opportunities for improvement. • Create detailed documentation including process flows, use cases, business rules, and system design artifacts. • Manage project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and performance metrics. • Support testing strategies and validate functional changes in WMS. • Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders on WMS strategy and execution.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field; or equivalent work experience. • 8+ years of consulting experience in Supply Chain for Retail, or Consumer Goods industries. • Minimum of 2 full-cycle implementations of Manhattan Active WMS. • Strong hands-on experience with Manhattan Active WMS and configuration. • Experience with Manhattan Proactive Extension development. • Strong working knowledge of standard warehouse processes – receiving, putaway, cross dock, pick/pack and shipping. • Familiarity with JSON and Postman for API testing and integration. • Experience with Configuration Director and managing multi-configuration environments. • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project execution. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level engagement. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.
