Beschreibung

• Lead the architecture and evolution of Fullsteam’s Microsoft 365 Collaboration Platform and enterprise identity ecosystem • Define technical strategy, establish architectural standards, and design secure, scalable, and highly automated solutions that support enterprise growth • Design scalable, secure architecture for the Microsoft 365 Collaboration Platform and related enterprise services • Evaluate emerging Microsoft cloud technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate • Design and govern enterprise identity architecture using Microsoft Entra, including SSO, SCIM provisioning, lifecycle automation, and role-based access • Provide architectural oversight for onboarding newly acquired companies • Design Microsoft 365 Copilot architecture and govern AI experiences grounded in organizational data.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Cyber Security, or a related field • 10+ years of combined education and professional experience in Information Technology or a related discipline • 4+ years of relevant professional experience in cloud engineering, software engineering, or infrastructure automation may substitute for a degree • Experience designing enterprise Microsoft 365 and Azure architectures • Experience with enterprise Identity and Access Management, including Microsoft Entra, SSO, MFA, and lifecycle automation • Experience developing cloud-native solutions using scripting, automation, Infrastructure as Code, and modern DevOps practices • Experience designing secure enterprise platforms in regulated or security-conscious environments • Experience leading enterprise technology initiatives involving platform integration, acquisitions, or large-scale organizational change • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience producing technical documentation and architecture standards.
