Beschreibung

• Edit video creatives for paid-social campaigns based on creative briefings • Develop attention-grabbing advertising videos from raw footage, UGC, creator content and product shots • Implement hooks, voiceovers, text, music, sound effects and visual elements effectively • Create different variants of existing creatives for ongoing testing • Contribute ideas and develop concepts with the creative and performance marketing team • Continuously optimize videos based on feedback and performance results • Edit organic social-media content and other video formats for the brand as needed

🎯 Anforderungen

• Practical experience in video editing • Relevant work samples • Ideally, experience creating video ads or short-form social-media content • Strong sense of timing, editing rhythm, dramaturgy and attention-grabbing videos • Understanding that performance creatives must communicate a clear message and achieve results • Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or comparable editing software • Experience with After Effects, motion graphics or animation is advantageous • Structured and reliable working style • Ability to implement briefings and feedback quickly and carefully • Ability to contribute ideas and maintain high standards of work • A meaningful portfolio or showreel with relevant video work is required as part of the application
