Beschreibung

• Own services managing prescription processing from intake through sending orders to pharmacies for fulfillment • Prepare prescriptions for fulfillment and delivery quickly and accurately through automation and manual task coordination • Enable partners such as drug manufacturers, insurers, and providers to configure billing, benefits, and clinical workflows • Leverage LLMs to parse unstructured prescription data and increase intake automation • Integrate controlled substance dispensing history and risk scores into pharmacist safety and review workflows • Optimize drug selection to find patients the best price • Balance low inventory on hand with high availability • Establish foundations for an extensible inventory management platform • Mentor engineers and encourage software development and design best practices • Solve complex technical problems at the intersection of healthcare and e-commerce • Act as a thought leader on predictive systems and drive technical strategy

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience • 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience in a high-volume, high-throughput production environment • Deep background in Backend or Full Stack technologies • Experience with modern environments such as Ruby on Rails, TypeScript/JavaScript, and PostgreSQL • Expertise architecting complex systems for long-term maintainability, performance, and scalability • Strong engineering fundamentals and experience building high-volume, resilient systems • Proven technical best practices, including code style, documentation, code review, bug fixing, and production issue mitigation • Solid experience with supply chain optimization systems • Experience building and integrating predictive ML models • Experience designing and implementing service-oriented architectures • Ability to work at a computer terminal for extended periods and perform the listed physical requirements • Ability to travel occasionally and sit for extended periods on airplanes and/or in vehicles • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
