Beschreibung

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for complex, high-impact product areas • Define product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmaps aligned to company goals, patient outcomes, and operational efficiency • Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex needs into product requirements • Lead product discovery through customer research, data analysis, experimentation, and validation • Drive senior-stakeholder alignment by articulating tradeoffs, priorities, and outcomes • Establish and monitor KPIs and OKRs, using insights to improve product performance • Anticipate regulatory, operational, and technical constraints in healthcare and pharmacy environments • Design scalable, compliant solutions • Serve as a product thought leader and mentor other Product Managers • Raise product quality, execution, and decision-making standards across the Product organization

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • 8+ years of progressive experience in Product Management • Experience owning complex, cross-functional product initiatives • Experience leading products from concept to launch in fast-paced, ambiguous environments • Experience working closely with Engineering teams in agile development environments • Strong analytical skills and experience defining and using product metrics • Experience operating in regulated or highly complex domains such as healthcare, pharmacy, fintech, or enterprise platforms • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder-management skills • Ability to influence without authority • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Productboard, Slack, and GSuite • Ability to work at a computer terminal for extended periods • Ability to stoop, bend, reach, and perform repetitive computer-operating motions • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and move light objects up to 20 pounds • Ability to effectively communicate verbally, discern auditory information, and visually perceive details • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
