Beschreibung

• Write and ship high-quality, scalable code • Identify and address areas for improvement across the codebase • Work closely with product managers and stakeholders, applying product thinking to technical decisions • Contribute through code reviews, refactoring, testing, and pair programming • Own the design and execution of initiatives • Drive prioritized bug fixes and platform improvements • Attend or present at weekly knowledge-sharing sessions • Continuously develop technical and soft skills through best practices • Build reliable and scalable Commerce solutions • Challenge business requirements when necessary to ensure impactful solutions for users

🎯 Anforderungen

• Good level of English (spoken and written) • 5+ years in Backend development • Proficiency in either PHP or Node.js and a willingness to learn the other • Strong expertise in high-load architecture, Distributed Systems, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and CQRS • Solid background in software engineering principles and best practices (SOLID, TDD, CI/CD, Agile) • Comfortable using Claude as an LLM partner for thinking, architectural brainstorming, and code generation • Skilled in debugging, unit testing, and optimizing application performance • Product-minded approach, prioritizing work based on business impact over technical preference • Strong sense of ownership • Practical experience using LLMs and coding assistants to improve software development workflows, including implementation, testing, debugging, documentation, and code quality • Resume in English
