Beschreibung

• Design and support strategic business and technology solutions that drive operational efficiency and business growth • Coordinate routine aspects of solution development, architecture, and management processes • Interface with business developers, account managers, competency managers, and executive management on solution development • Oversee use of strategic solutions and offerings by the business development community • Participate in solution-selling activities and align marketing plans with sales and launch plans • Research business environments, trends, best practices, architectural frameworks, and alliances • Participate in solution business plan creation and assist with financial models • Support client activities to eliminate gaps or inconsistencies in solutions, architectural designs, deliverables, benefits, and messaging • Participate in business development discussions across cross-functional teams and internal and external executive management • Identify business requirements and evaluate market timing, compelling events, and problems to align solutions with performance expectations • Help healthcare clients improve the health and well-being of the members they serve

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ years of overall experience in Big Data, Database and Enterprise Data architecture, delivery, and programming • Programming proficiency in a subset of Python, Java, and Scala • 5+ years of experience architecting, developing, releasing, and maintaining Enterprise Data Lake Platforms • Experience building solutions on distributed processing frameworks such as Spark and Hadoop • 3+ years of experience implementing cloud-based systems • AWS and Cloudera/Databricks preferred • Strong SQL skills to create and maintain database objects and query/load required data • Experience with data governance, including business glossaries, data dictionaries, data catalogs, data quality, and master data management • Experience with data visualization tools and bringing data literacy to an organization • Broad knowledge of data technologies, tools, and disciplines, including data modeling, dimensional models, third-normal-form structures, ETL/ELT, change data capture, and slowly changing dimensions • Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and travel as required • Video cameras must be used during all interviews and during the initial week of orientation • Ability to work remotely anywhere within the United States
