Beschreibung

• Support the RADS project by coordinating procurement workflows and managing purchasing documentation • Develop, implement, and refine procurement and administrative processes • Assess contract requirements, federal regulations, and organizational policies to guide purchasing actions • Advise program leadership on procurement strategy, risk mitigation, and process improvements • Process procurement actions in SC360, ensuring accurate financial coding, data flow, and compliance • Initiate, track, and manage AIRs, BOMs, PRs, and POs • Support the software asset lifecycle, including acquisition, deployment, usage tracking, renewals, and disposition • Coordinate cross-functional projects involving finance, procurement, and program management • Collaborate with technical SMEs, program managers, procurement staff, federal stakeholders, vendors, and service providers • Maintain procurement documentation across Confluence, SharePoint, and internal trackers • Update Confluence documentation covering workflows, training requirements, reports, operational updates, and software licensing • Provide administrative support to RADS leadership, including meeting logistics and reporting • Support onboarding, SOP updates, process improvements, and workflow optimization

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's Degree • 2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing workflows, finance support, or contract administration • Knowledge of enterprise purchasing and requisition systems such as SC360, SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle iProcurement, or similar • Experience with Atlassian Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint • Experience managing and tracking software licenses, including subscription, perpetual, and enterprise licenses • Accurate data entry, documentation, and tracking abilities • Ability to manage multiple concurrent actions • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment • US citizenship required • BI Full 6C (T4) public trust requirement
