Beschreibung

• Designing, developing, and maintaining sophisticated server-side applications using Scala and related technologies • Creating robust and scalable APIs • Ensuring efficient data processing and implementing business logic • Supporting distributed systems • Version control with Git, build tools like Maven, and demonstrate your experience with SQL databases • Writing comprehensive unit tests • Working with distributed systems to ensure the reliability and scalability of software architecture • Engaging in a variety of technical and analytical tasks, including requirements analysis, system architecture design, and performance optimization of backend services • Defining technical specifications and ensuring data integrity and security • Proactively addressing system design weaknesses • Independently analyzing and resolving complex problems • Participating in design reviews and supporting system integration and testing efforts

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years of related experience • 5+ years of hands-on Scala programming development expertise (this is a must have) • 10+ years of hands-on Java software development experience • Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs • Demonstrated skills with functional programming paradigms, distributed systems, version control with Git, build tools including Maven, and SQL databases • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies like OpenShift • Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills • Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience • Candidate must be able to obtain T4 Public Trust clearance • Candidate must have lived in the United States at least three (3) out of the last five (5) years
