Beschreibung

• Develop, implement, support, and troubleshoot Oracle eBusiness Suite applications • Leverage Oracle EBS modules including Purchasing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, General Ledger, Order Management, Inventory, SLA, and WSH • Respond to ServiceNow incidents with expert diagnosis and system problem resolution • Create configuration documents and time-sensitive deliverables • Update system configuration diagrams and related technical documentation • Enhance and maintain production-level applications • Follow USPS secure coding practices and delivery frameworks • Participate in Agile ceremonies and iterative development • Learn and apply USPS system environments and business processes • Provide on-call and after-hours production support • Streamline processes, reduce complexity, and prioritize scalable solutions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Support Oracle implementations, upgrades, configuration, maintenance, and performance optimization • Analyze business requirements and produce actionable insights • Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex issues

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years of related experience • 13+ years of professional experience • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited college/university is preferred • If lacking a relevant four-year degree, an additional four years of relevant work experience is required • Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports • PL/SQL • Oracle Developer Suite • BI Publisher • Web ADI • Shell scripting • Oracle Application Object Library • OAF framework pages • Oracle Workflow • Enterprise architecture • Scalable on-premises application infrastructure design • DevOps practices • 5+ years of advanced hands-on Oracle EBS R12 experience • Experience with AR, GL, OM, INV, SLA, WSH, and PO modules • Full lifecycle implementations and upgrades, including Oracle Applications 12.2.7 upgrade experience • Expert-level Oracle PL/SQL proficiency with 6+ years of SQL/PLSQL experience • Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports development/modification • Oracle upgrade support • Advanced system configuration and performance tuning • Job scheduling, constraint/error resolution, and system log analysis • Application and database performance optimization • Report SQL validation and execution-time improvement • Enterprise-level analytics, operations, support, and reporting • Complex business requirements analysis • Technical requirements and business rules documentation • Configuration diagrams and technical documentation • Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as VersionOne • IT Service Management tools such as ServiceNow • Root cause analysis • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance and pass government background screening, detailed forms, and fingerprinting • U.S. residency for the required screening period • Scheduled availability for nights, weekends, or holidays and on-call support as needed
