Beschreibung

• Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives and program goals • Lead feature prioritization and backlog refinement for Agile Release Trains (ARTs) • Translate high-level requirements into actionable features and stories • Own and manage Program- and ART-level backlogs • Facilitate and contribute to Program Increment (PI) Planning • Engage stakeholders, customers, and end-users to validate product solutions and drive continuous improvement • Monitor product performance using data-driven metrics and optimize value delivery • Promote SAFe principles and best practices across teams • Identify risks and dependencies and address blockers • Lead collaboration across engineering, compliance, security, and business units • Use VersionOne for backlog management, sprint planning, and Agile execution tracking

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • 8+ years of experience in product management within a scaled Agile or SAFe organization • Proven track record managing and delivering complex enterprise-level solutions using SAFe • Strong understanding of Lean-Agile principles, SAFe frameworks, and Agile best practices • Experience leading Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and working within a SAFe Large Solutions environment • Hands-on experience with VersionOne • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills • Ability to translate business objectives into clearly defined Epics, Features, and Stories • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Analytical, data-driven approach to decision-making • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust and pass a government background screening, including detailed forms and fingerprinting • Must have resided in the U.S. (including U.S. Territories) under the stated residency requirements for the last five years • Travel required less than 10%
