Beschreibung

• Lead and direct a team of software engineers in building requirements and transforming those into solutions that drive business outcomes • Be accountable for all aspects (planning, forecasting, production) of the end-to-end lifecycle of a product • Influence key stakeholders in design and planning decisions • Drive the development of products targeted at a technical audience • Combine the customer vision with technical feasibility to convert business needs into functional specifications/user stories • Create the strategic roadmap for the product • Manage a small to medium team of professionals • Communicate difficult concepts and influence others' options on particular topics

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 8 years of professional experience OR associate's degree with minimum of 11 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 13 years of professional experience • Minimum 5 years of professional experience successfully implementing complex ERP Systems (Oracle preferred) • Minimum 5 years' experience as a people manager in a matrixed enterprise environment • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
