Beschreibung

• Lead projects and initiatives with broad scope and high impact to the business • Manage complex issues within functional area(s) of expertise • Contribute to overall business strategy • Provide consultation to management, engineering, manufacturing, quality, supplier, and services organizations supporting engines life cycle • Provide technical leadership in design reviews, task force, industrial committees, and technical pyramids • Enhance technical excellence across manufacturing organizations in Manufacturing Systems Engineering • Identify and recommend improvements in knowledge of the specific discipline • Establish a total quality management strategy on manufacturing process/producibility matters • Suggest areas where technology advancements are needed and recommend programs to pursue • Consult with and support the Chief Engineer’s Office in the execution of technical goals

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Computer Science from an accredited college or university • At least 8 additional years of experience in an engineering capacity • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Leadership to pursue correct engineering process in adverse conditions • Ability to interface effectively with all levels of the organization • Considered an expert in a specific engineering discipline • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification. • This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information; must prove U.S. person status.
