Beschreibung

• Create detailed wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design and functional requirements to development and design teams. • Develop and maintain comprehensive mind maps to organize product ideas, features, and dependencies in a structured and collaborative way. • Lead user experience (UX) and journey mapping initiatives to deeply understand user behavior, pain points, and opportunities for improvement across the product lifecycle. • Conduct thorough competitive analysis to benchmark against industry standards, identify market gaps, and inform strategic product decisions. • Use a data-driven approach to evaluate product performance, define KPIs, and guide roadmap priorities through insights from analytics tools and customer feedback. • Own and manage pricing strategy, including market research, A/B testing, and alignment with business goals to optimize value perception and profitability. • Plan and oversee go-to-market strategies, including pricing rollout, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful product launches and iterations. • Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring a seamless user experience across the platform. • Willingness to travel 10–20% for industry conferences and events.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus. • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS or B2B tech environments. • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. • Proven ability to manage the full product lifecycle in an agile environment. • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, metrics, and technology. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making. • Experience working with remote or distributed teams. • Familiarity with Ecommerce based SAAS Applications. • Knowledge of user experience (UX) best practices and customer-centric design.
