Beschreibung

• Sell the entire range of Polypipe Building Services products into the commercial market • Deliver expected conversion rates on selected projects using a cradle to grave approach in collaboration with the wider sales team • Liaise with key stakeholders on new projects and document progress and activities in assigned opportunities • Plan the diary effectively and proactively • Manage contractor terms and agreements, including regular reviews of levels and spend • Provide first-line technical dialogue and information to selected customers • Liaise with clients and handle objections • Respond quickly to incoming enquiries and provide excellent customer service • Complete weekly reporting in the CRM system • Identify incremental growth opportunities • Represent and support the business at social and brand awareness events • Provide site assistance and technical training • Support operational departments with project delivery and supply

🎯 Anforderungen

• An excellent knowledge of the M&E marketplace • Proven track record of working on large scale commercial projects • Capability to handle technical dialogue at all levels • Experience of presenting to groups • Ability to quickly become a technical specialist in Polypipe Building Services (PBS) products and services • Understanding of the project stages and decision making process in commercial construction • Driving licence is essential for this role as there will be travel involved
