Beschreibung

• own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Core Platform domain • partner with engineering teams to define, prioritize, and deliver platform capabilities that support multiple product areas • translate business and technical requirements into clear product initiatives and actionable development plans • collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, Architects, and IT stakeholders to align platform development with company objectives • prioritize initiatives based on customer value, business impact, technical dependencies, and platform health • drive cross-functional collaboration and facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders • monitor platform performance, scalability, and reliability, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement • support the delivery of high-quality backend solutions by working closely with engineering and QA teams • make data-informed product decisions and evaluate the impact of delivered initiatives

🎯 Anforderungen

• at least 3 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a SaaS environment • strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences • experience collaborating closely with backend engineering teams • good understanding of backend technologies, APIs, databases, and system architecture • experience with product planning, prioritization, and project management methodologies • fluent Polish (working with Polish-speaking engineering teams) • English at B2/C1 level (minimum B2)
