Beschreibung

• Develop and refine wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity visual designs in accordance with product/user requirements for existing and new experiences • Partner with product to conduct and analyze user research, usability testing, and data to inform design decisions alongside product management counterparts. • Partner with product management and contribute to roadmap initiatives from discovery to delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes. • Contribute to the development and execution of the vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals and user needs. • Collaborate with your design colleagues to advance existing design patterns and practices for desktop and mobile versions of our products. • Execute user-centered design principles and represent the voice of the user throughout the development of mockups, prototypes, and delivered features. • Work with other design team members to create and maintain visual and experiential consistency across products and features. Contributing to the existing and future design system(s). • Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design practices and outputs into day-to-day development processes. • Communicate design rationale and present solutions to various audiences, including internal and external stakeholders. • Facilitate workshops and design sprints to drive alignment, innovation, all while ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high quality standard. • Within your first 3 months you will have fully embedded into a product team and you are contributing design requirements into existing projects. You are building low and high fidelity prototypes, helping execute user research and testing, and helping to ensure the product vision is delivered. Most importantly, you have a deep understanding of our customers and you are proficient at translating their problems into well-defined solutions.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience in product design with at least 1 role in design at a SaaS company, having worked on both mobile and web applications. • Ability to balance user needs with business objectives and technical constraints. • A strong understanding of visual design principles and demonstration of applying them to web and, ideally, mobile applications. • An emerging understanding of user research methods, accessibility standards, and mobile design standards. • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, AI tools such as Claude or Paper, and work management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps. • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills. • Ability to contribute to project requirements with light supervision required, ensuring commitments and deadlines are met or exceeded. • High emotional intelligence (EQ).
