Beschreibung

• Manage engineering team, defining team strategy, set-up & Key Performance indicators • Keep high standards in project engineering, efficiency, and on time delivery as per EMH rules • Track and manage resource utilization in conjunction with Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure efficiency and ability to meet demand • Develop Substation Automation Services offerings to contribute to GA service and solutions growth • Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team across System Design, Integration and Testing • Define and execute a clear vision and operating model for the Digital Control System Engineering organization in alignment with the GA Engineering strategy • Drive a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement • Support bid and project execution phases by defining system-level concepts and integration strategies • Collaborate with global engineering teams, project management, and supply chain to ensure smooth system integration and handover to commissioning • Build strong succession and competency development plans for all subfunctions • Partner closely with NPI, Tendering, and Regional Commercial teams to ensure alignment on technical strategy and resource deployment

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor of Engineering degree from an accredited university or college • 8 years in electricity and automation engineering, including distribution automation, substation digitization, diagnostics, APM, device management, and cybersecurity • 3 years designing and programming electrical control systems, including SCADA/HMI, IEC 61850, firewalls, cybersecurity, and networking • 5 years managing engineering teams • Fully fluent in English • Willingness to travel 30% in the US and Canada
