Beschreibung

• Drive quality for assigned suppliers, including quality plan implementation • Select suppliers through qualification processes • Own supplier results, drive improvements utilizing supplier scorecards • Own supplier audits, ensuring compliance, and driving improvement plans where needed • Lead both Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) and Supplier Quality Development (SQD) activities for assigned suppliers • Identify, evaluate, and qualify suppliers through structured qualification processes • Plan and execute supplier audits, ensuring compliance with applicable industrial and regulatory standards • Own supplier scorecards and performance data • Champion Problem-Solving by applying root cause analysis and structured problem-solving

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)) • Experience in battery technology supply chains — particularly from automotive EV/battery, wind, power electronics, or energy storage sectors • Hands-on proficiency with quality methodologies: APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, COPQ, ISO 9001, CAPA, 8D, or equivalent • Familiarity with engineering drawings and technical specifications relevant to electrical/mechanical components • Experience conducting supplier audits and assessments • Background with supplier scorecards and performance management systems • Is proactive and self-driven • Takes ownership • Communicates with confidence • Thrives in ambiguity • Has a continuous improvement mindset
