Beschreibung

• Develop and manage project engineering teams for detail site-specific design of BWRX300 small modular reactor projects • Interface with internal and external customers to ensure organizational resource allocation • Deliver scope of work to the original cost estimate • Manage schedule, budget, and integration of BWRX300 projects • Influence projects to meet customer CTQs and achieve tollgate milestones • Manage a team of project engineers and project coordinators • Develop strategy for the area of responsibility, including resource control and policy formulation • Interpret business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services • Monitor industry trends that may inform the work • Make decisions and handle complex operational, manufacturing, technology, or engineering tasks and problems • Assess information quality, ask pertinent stakeholder questions, and develop recommendations and solutions outside set parameters

🎯 Anforderungen

• Significant experience in Engineering/Technology & Project Management • Knowledge level comparable to a master’s degree from an accredited university or college • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline from an accredited university or college • 8+ years of Project Engineering / Project Management experience • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Ability to analyze and resolve problems • Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills • Previous knowledge of BWR operating nuclear plant in operations or engineering • Ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information, if applicable • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
