Beschreibung

• Manage project schedules, resource loading, and execution risks • Drive revenue by managing billing milestones and progressing projects toward invoicing • Monitor backlog, forecast execution, and identify schedule conflicts • Support business planning, operational metrics, and reporting • Serve as operational interface for North American customers • Lead project kickoff meetings and execution reviews • Manage customer expectations for schedules, deliverables, and commercial milestones • Identify opportunities to expand customer relationships • Coordinate with Sales to transition opportunities into project execution • Develop technical and commercial proposals with Sales and Com Ops • Define project scope, schedules, staffing plans, and effort estimates • Collaborate with engineering resources on cost estimates • Support strategic pursuits and key customer opportunities • Execute consulting projects as an individual contributor • Perform or support power system studies, generator testing, dynamic model validation, grid code compliance assessments, and technical report development • Maintain technical depth to support customers and mentor junior engineers • Improve execution processes and business efficiency • Execute projects safely, on schedule, and within budget • Improve resource utilization across the North American team • Deliver accurate, competitive proposals with high win rates • Maintain customer satisfaction and credibility with engineers through technical contribution

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering • 5+ years of experience in power systems, power generation, or utility consulting • Demonstrated experience managing complex technical projects • Strong customer-facing communication skills • Experience developing technical proposals and project estimates • Working knowledge of power system analysis • Working knowledge of turbine, generator, and power plant operations and performance • Ability and willingness to travel 40% of the time domestically and internationally • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable • Master's degree preferred
