Beschreibung

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for GridBeats Device Management • Translate market insights and customer problems into prioritized opportunities with measurable business outcomes • Make prioritization decisions and align product, engineering, sales, and executive stakeholders • Conduct continuous customer discovery with operators, protection engineers, and utility leaders • Monitor competitive dynamics, regulatory trends, and technology shifts • Represent GE Vernova at industry events and conferences • Own the multi-year business case, including revenue forecasts, cost-to-build, margin targets, and investment prioritization • Define and govern the software licensing model and policy • Establish and govern the software lifecycle policy for releases • Lead deployment and go-to-market model decisions across on-premises, cloud-hosted, hybrid, and SaaS options • Lead the full product lifecycle from concept and business case through requirements, development, launch, and post-launch iteration • Define and own business and product requirements across release cycles • Write opportunity canvases, PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Ensure requirements are baselined, traceable, and accepted before development commitment • Collaborate with commercial, engineering, design, and delivery teams • Partner with Marketing on messaging, collateral, and campaigns • Work with global sales teams on customer relationships, go-to-market strategies, product training, and awareness programs • Define and track product KPIs including adoption, retention, time-to-value, financial results, and market share • Use quantitative and qualitative evidence to drive decisions and continuous improvement

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field • 5+ years in product management, including 3+ years leading industrial or enterprise B2B software products • Experience building modern software products using containers and microservices architectures • Experience supporting on-premise, cloud, and SaaS deployment models • Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, including defining metrics, running analyses, and navigating ambiguity to develop and communicate product strategy • Hands-on experience with Product Discovery, Lean Startup, Design Thinking, or similar methodologies • Demonstrated proficiency using AI tools for customer discovery synthesis, PRD drafting, competitive analysis, opportunity sizing, or similar workflows • Familiarity with Agile and other NPI methodologies • Ability to work effectively with globally distributed, cross-functional teams • Willingness to travel as required • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Preferred: direct experience with electrical utilities, smart grid, device management, protection relays, SCADA, fault recorders, IoT, or industrial protocols including Modbus, DNP3, and IEC 61850 • Preferred: experience applying AI/ML capabilities in product strategy and roadmap decisions and AI-based prototyping • MBA or advanced degree highly desired
