Beschreibung

• Be responsible for on-time project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources • Assist Project Director in organizing project cost structure in Oracle ERP • Participate in customer, internal, and/or supplier project kickoff meetings and support the Project Director with preparation & coordination of customer, internal, and/or supplier kickoff meetings • Develop and maintain a project roster including assigning and monitoring timely completion of project related training activities • Develop and issue the Project Management Plan and related project plans and project procedures; facilitate the implementation of project plans and project procedures across the larger project team • Support the development and deployment of project infrastructure and project tools • Ensure compliance with U. S. export control and other requirements as applicable • Support coordination of project activities; monitor and control progress on project deliverables • Ensure the conformance of project deliverables with contract and project requirements • Organize and archive project correspondence and records consistent with Project Configuration Management Plan • Lead, draft, and issue project management meeting notes, action item lists, and project progress reports

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in project management, engineering, or business • OR High School Diploma/GED Minimum 8 years of professional experience in project management, engineering, or business • BWR Operations/Maintenance experiencing is highly desired • Training development or training program experience is highly desired • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or STEM • Fundamental-level financial or accounting knowledge • Experience or familiarity with Boiling Water Reactor (BWR) or Sodium Fast Reactor (SFR) designs • Knowledge of the power industry, customer, and competitive environment • Demonstrated ability supporting project budget, schedule, and quality objectives • Financial control knowledge and understanding • Strong oral and written communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.)
