Beschreibung

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of product managers while setting standards for product craft and decision-making • Own and drive product and platform strategy for Gifthealth’s Digital Pharmacy Systems (DPS) and Gastro (GAS) offerings • Translate company and product strategy into roadmap priorities and measurable product outcomes • Prioritize initiatives and make clear trade-off decisions aligned with business goals and technical capacity • Partner with engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions • Remove blockers and ensure rapid execution while maintaining product quality and reliability • Promote AI-native product development practices in discovery, tooling, and delivery • Support product lines through organizational alignment, operational excellence, and compliance standards • Conduct regular meetings with operational excellence, pharmacy operations, clinical support, drug safety, pharmacovigilance, inventory planning, compliance, data and insights, and program director teams • Meet with external central fulfillment, shipping and logistics partners, and client manufacturing representatives

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience (Required) • 8+ years of product management experience (Required) • Demonstrated leadership of product managers with 5+ direct reports or equivalent leadership responsibility (Required) • Experience improving and scaling existing digital products or platforms (Required) • Experience delivering measurable business outcomes through product initiatives (Required) • Knowledge of product management frameworks and best practices, platform and systems product development, product lifecycle management and roadmap planning, healthcare technology or healthcare-adjacent industry concepts, and data-informed product decision-making (Required) • Product strategy development skills (Required) • Product prioritization and trade-off decision-making skills (Required) • Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder alignment skills (Required) • Team leadership and coaching skills (Required) • Data-driven decision-making skills (Required) • Ability to lead and mentor product managers effectively (Required) • Ability to translate strategic vision into tactical execution (Required) • Ability to communicate product decisions and trade-offs clearly (Required) • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments (Required) • MBA or advanced degree in a relevant discipline (Preferred) • Product management training or certification (Preferred) • Healthcare technology or digital pharmacy experience (Preferred) • Platform product leadership in a high-growth or scaling company (Preferred) • Experience implementing AI-enabled product workflows (Preferred) • Knowledge of digital pharmacy operations, healthcare compliance and regulatory environments, gastroenterology or procedure-prep product workflows, and AI-enabled product development practices (Preferred) • Platform product architecture thinking skills (Preferred) • AI-assisted product discovery and development workflows skills (Preferred) • Scaling high-growth digital platforms skills (Preferred) • Ability to navigate complex healthcare systems and terminology (Preferred) • Ability to identify platform opportunities across multiple product verticals (Preferred) • Ability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., with occasional night and weekend hours • Ability to remain stationary for extended periods while writing or reviewing documentation • Ability to work on a computer for the entire shift • Ability to attend virtual meetings with cross-functional teams
