Beschreibung

• Mentor and train Delivery Managers and surge roster members on response systems, tools, and operational best practices • Evaluate learning opportunities and contribute to team members’ professional development using key performance indicators • Support quality assurance across emergency responses • Contribute to the strategic vision and direction of the Delivery team with the Delivery Director • Support surge roster readiness, onboarding, and deployment preparation • Develop tools, protocols, and documentation for steady-state operations • Improve operational tools and protocols to accelerate readiness across countries • Conduct operational diligence and feasibility assessments for potential responses • Define, track, and report operational efficiency metrics • Serve in an assigned functional role during emergency responses • Translate field learnings into donor proposals, updates, and campaign materials • Represent GiveDirectly at internal and external forums, including media engagements • Deploy on short notice to implement Emergency Cash crisis response programs • Supervise program implementation, test approaches and tools, drive program design, liaise with local authorities and response actors, and ensure communication and documentation • Conduct field assessments, coordinate logistics, and ensure the safety and security of deployed teams

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5–7+ years of experience in problem solving, team management, cross-functional collaboration and/or new business development • 5+ years of experience working in difficult settings, including low-resource and high-insecurity contexts • 3–5+ years of experience providing direct mentoring or coaching to teams • Prior humanitarian/emergency experience strongly preferred • Exceptional alignment with GiveDirectly values and demonstrated emotional intelligence, problem solving, project management, follow-through, and inclusivity • Analytical and iterative problem-solving mindset, with prioritization and process-building ability • Strong project management skills, including managing multiple workstreams and prioritization • Strong technical skills, including data analysis and ability to learn third-party technology platforms and tools • Partnership and relationship-management background preferred for fundraising • Strong speaking, writing, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder communication skills • Comfort with fast-paced, ambiguous environments and building systems from scratch • Professional fluency in English • French, Portuguese, Arabic, or other additional languages are a plus • Ability to deploy on short notice to emergency responses and work in difficult settings
