Beschreibung

• Review, code, and post incoming invoices as part of accounts payable • Review and post travel expenses and reimbursements • Reconcile and accurately record credit card transactions • Post and reconcile bank transactions as part of bank accounting • Actively contribute to digitalization projects • Develop ideas and help replace manual processes with smart, scalable solutions • Take responsibility for the day-to-day accounts payable operations and help advance finance processes

🎯 Anforderungen

• Completed training as a tax clerk (Steuerfachangestellte:r) or comparable commercial qualification • 1–5 years of professional experience in accounting or accounts payable • Sound knowledge of DATEV • Good understanding of tax fundamentals • Solid accounting knowledge • Affinity for IT and digital tools • Experience with MOSS is a plus • Confident German communication at C1 level • English communication skills at least at B2 level • Structured, careful, independent way of working • Ability to actively contribute to improvements and digital processes • Solution-oriented mindset • Team-player attitude and clear, direct, appreciative communication • Must have the legal right to live and work in Germany
